Booked the property for a wedding in Brighton town hall. Good location for a visit to central Brighton. The property is easily accessible from the train station around 5 minutes. Property was clean and had two bedrooms both adequate and spacious enough for our short visit. Downstairs sitting area was cosy with an open plan kitchen .There appeared to be everything you would need for a short stay. There is a local pub in the street and the sea front is only a couple of minutes away. The hosts were quick to respond if required.
There is a step between the kitchen and sitting area so be careful of that.

Perfect, comfortable cottage in a great location, close to everything we needed for our daughter’s wedding. There was even a lovely little café on the corner, perfect for the father of the bride to enjoy a pre-wedding breakfast!
It was our first trip to Brighton, and we would definitely stay at the cottage again when we return.

Was nice, good location,
Kettle wasnt working, paint peeling on ceiling, walls, looks like it has a problem with damp. Main bathroom window didnt open. Stains on the chair furniture

The location is absolutely superb. Cafe on the corner, amazing pub on the corner, beach a very short walk and within walking distance to Preston park also. We chose a self contained house rather than a hotel and we will definitely be back
