Мы были впервые в нашей столице. Выбрали данные апартаменты и нам все понравилось. Благодарим Куата за теплый прием. Куат всегда был на связи. Квартира чистая и уютная. Расположение отличное,рядом находится ЛРТ и автобусные остановки. Что удобно добираться из/в аэропорта. ТЦ «Азия Парк» находится близко,чтобы купить продукты. Многие достопримечательности находятся рядышком. Запланировав следующую поездку,мы обязательно свяжемся🙂↕️🤍

Первое, что хочется отметить - это расположение квартиры. Оно очень комфортное, все необходимое есть рядом, до Хан Шатыра минут 7-10 неспешным шагом. Очень большой плюс в том, что станция LRT «Сагынак» находится прям напротив дома. Мы и воспользовались этой возможностью, добравшись до квартиры на надземном метро.
Второй плюс - квартира светлая, чистая, уютная, теплая. Все в ней как-то по уму. Нас было 3 взрослых и маленький ребенок, но мы не ощущали тесноту.
Третий и немаловажный плюс - это хозяин квартиры. Куат всегда был на связи, готов был помочь, если что было бы нужно. Очень сердечный и добрый человек. Спасибо вам, Куат, еще раз за всё! 🙏🏻

The flat is in a tall building, central location, everything you need around, shopping mall, food, buses, local food shop, cafes. The building has a play area for children and 3 lifts. The host is very attentive and kept in contact with us all the time, being a good communicator in English and friendly person. Everything works well in the property, the kitchen has all appliances and tools to cook basic family meals. The neighbours are friendly and welcoming. The mattress is hard, not suitable for people who like soft mattress but gives good support and good nights of sleep. The shower and bath have good hot water pressure. The washing machine and air conditioning are working well. The views from the flat are nice in the evening, we were able to listen the mosque call for prayer but when closed the windows we get total silence. I cannot find a faulty.
I like everything, thank you for being a good host!
