Location is fine and rooms are good size.
Honestly, it’s so close to being a great place to stay, but it is in major need of simple maintenance. A paint job on the rooms would do wonders. Walls looked like people were putting their shoes in the wall when they leaned on the windows.

The location was absolutely great, very convenient for getting around. The hotel was family-friendly, spotlessly clean, and very well-maintained throughout. The shower and bathroom were excellent with good water pressure and modern fixtures. Everything about the stay was genuinely good. The staff were supportive, friendly, and went out of their way to help.
Even though I checked in late, the room was still being cleaned, so I had to wait a short while. That said, it really wasn't a big issue, just a minor inconvenience.

Great location
On entering the room you could smell cigarette smoke and it took some time to get the smell out of the room.

Conveiently booked last minute as we had to unexpectantly stay in Colombo. You get what you pay for....
Tried to book a room over the phone, was hung up on. Had to change rooms as the smell of cigarette smoke was so bad.
