Old Smelly AirBNB
The affordable price for the entire house which I think I got what I paid for.
The place is old and smelly. I reserved the entire house 3BR for 6 people and they locked the 3rd room as the 2 rooms has sofa bed w/c the one in the MB, one leg was loose & came off when setting it up. Also, I paid for 6 and they only provided 4 towels, had to pay P100/extra towel. No toilet papers provided and no microwave. Lastly, there was a cockroach in the MB. Stay away from this place, the picture is not updated.

Total scam, book at your own risk
Nothing. This location is owned/ operated by a scammer. Please do not book with them, they are misleading and unworthy. Will not recommend.
This booking was a scam and these people do not understand English. They did not indicate 2 bedrooms have 1 queen sized bed until I paid the NON-REFUNDABLE accommodation. My booking from the advertisement states 1st bedroom had 2 queen sized beds & A sofa, 2nd bedroom had 1 queen sized bed & a sofa and 3rd bedroom had 2 bunk beds. After I paid the non-refundable accommodation, I received a message from them that there was only 1 queen bed in 2 rooms, iIt also stated I needed to send a copy of my ID and send P1k via gcash to a certain person. These 3 things were not mentioned anywhere in the booking.
They kept messaging me constantly right after I paid, for 2 days, to send them a copy of my ID and send P1k via gcash to this certain person. I replied to their email with a copy of my ID and said I don't have gcash then asked to ensure that 1 of the bedrooms had 2 queen sized beds like what I paid for (this was the only way our group would fit and the only reason I booked at this location). Instead of reassuring me, someone responded with "got it, thanks" and said the gcash amount of 1k is still required before they would give me the key code so I could check in anytime.
I called their phone number and told the woman who picked up that I'm not from the Philippines and therefore do not have a gcash account then she said a bank transfer would be another option when I literally just told her I'm not from the country. She said the check in was at 2:00pm, that I had to be there at 2:00pm sharp to get checked in and she already left the office so now I would have to pay for the housekeeper's travel expenses so we could get the unit opened if I wanted to give cash. She said gcash was only an option for convenience, otherwise I would pay the housekeeper for their expenses as she already left the office.
False advertisement, scammers and language barrier. Will NEVER RECOMMEND AND WILL GIVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE!
