Perfect location for central Birmingham - easy walking distance to the centre but tucked away in a quiet area. Superb, safe on-site parking. Excellent friendly and fast communication from the owner. Great facilities. Comfortable. Hope to use the apartment again for future visits.
Two very minor things. A darker blind on the bedroom windows would have been good. To be fair it wasn't really an issue for us, but I can imagine it may be a problem in summer when the mornings are very early. Maybe consider fitting another blackout blind inside the window reveal? Also the fact that there are two car parks on different levels confused the hell out of us for a short while when we tried to find our car after the stay!

Great location and very quiet, apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.
The only thing I would say was the kitchen was lacking slightly for example only one very small frying pan and one saucepan to cook with. Fine for one person for a one night stay etc but if it was a longer stay and there’s more than one of you to cook for it is quite tricky.

Awesome appartment in superb environment at the Mailbox close to the canal with lots of fancy pubs and bars and restaurants. Owners were very helpful and the guy who gave us the keys (Reuben) was a legend and did even a short sightseeing tour with us to show us around! Flat was spacey and clean and very safe. Highly recommended. We were there for a whole week for the European Athletic Championships and enjoyed our stay very much. Appartment had a kitchen, sleeping couch, huge TV with all streaming services. Was more than you could ask for. Price was affordable as well!
