Brudno i śmierdząco.

Możliwość skorzystania z parkingu w podziemiu (płatne 50 zł dodatkowo). Bliskość do lotniska. Plac zabaw dla dzieci.

Smród w domu, jakby przepoconym żulem. Brudne podłogi. Wyłamana klamka na taras, który swoją drogą przez zaniedbanie jest niezdatny do użytku. Mieszkanie ciężko wywietrzyć, przez miliony komarów, a w oknach brak moskitier. Ręczniki białe, raczej wyprane, bo pachnące, ale niestety mocno poplamione.
