The house was nice, the area was very quiet and peaceful. Burgh Le Marsh is a lovely little town with everything you could need close by. Skegness is also just 5 miles away.
The kitchen was large and well equipped. The lounge and dining area was again large with comfortable furniture. Two of the bedrooms were of a good size, the other was a little small but perfect for my youngest daughter who really like the decor.
Loads of towels were provided along with extra bedding. Although we didn’t use it as the weather wasn’t great, I did like the outdoor furniture setup.
My fault I guess as I did see the stairs in the pictures but I really struggled with the stairs due to a dodgy knee. The two clown statues were horrible and one of my Daughters insisted on covering them up. We also thought there were too many mirrors, and definitely upstairs of which my wife insisted on covering up many of them. The kitchen tap dripped continuously and must have wasted a lot of water in the week we were there.
The front door was sticking at the bottom and wasn’t easy to open/close. The blinds in the bedrooms looked nice but didn’t keep much light out. Not your fault but the house next door is a terrible eyesore due to it’s condition.

The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. Was nice to have a bottle of milk in the fridge on arrival. The area was lovely and location to local attractions.
The neighbours were noisy, but I live in the sticks so not reallh used to lots if noise throughout the night.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, spacious cottage. It’s set on a beautiful, quiet street and the house literally has everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean, and the outdoor space was a real bonus. It was the perfect place to relax, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
