Terrible management with dishonest listing. The information on the description didn't match
Terrible management with dishonest listing.
The information on the description didn't match the actual state of the property. When confronted the owners about it, they said they would make changes to accommodate all the amenities mentioned in the listing, but they never did.
We rented a whole apartment just for us, with 24h reception, 3 rooms with heating, 1 bath, and a view. When we got there one of the rooms was locked and we couldn't have any access to it, there wasn't any view as described in the listing and in the photos depicted (the windows faced a garage with a bunch of dogs that urinated everywhere) and there wasn't enough towels and no toilet paper. When confronted the owners about it they bought 1 single electric heater of the worst quality, made a discount of U$15 for the lacking of all the stuff we brought to their attention and nothing else, they didn't held with their promise of fixing all the amenities missing. One of the rooms was partially heated and the other it was not. When we confronted them again they said the rooms weren't cold and the heater was for the living room, when the listing clearly said heating in the sleeping rooms.
Apart from the misleading and dishonest listing and description, one of the owners (the male proprietary) came late at night saying they weren't gonna give us the key to the front door because ''stuff had happened in the past'' and while being rude, overbearing and complaining about us demanding what was listed in the ad. He also said we needed to let him know before hand whenever we were going to leave the premises and with previous notice let him know by cellphone when we were getting back, so there could be someone in the property to open the door. In the listing said there were 24h reception, it didn't.
The kitchen also didn't had all the amenities that were listed, it lacked coffee maker, cutting knifes, cleaning utensils, salt and a bunch of other essentials.
The overall cleaning was below what was expected.
In all of the time in the house we felt vigilated, they were always in the premises washing cars or doing something, we weren't comfortable with them. Terrible experience with people that obviously don't know what their doing and we felt scammed and injusticed
