Can only be described as a Skid Row apartment within a crackhouse! Dirty, Noisy, Unhygienic and Rough!
The only good point was property was right in the centre of Wolverhampton, so was close to local amenities.
The apartment is within a block of apartments which quite frankly was like being within “Skid Row” it’s stink of cannabis, had punch holes in most the walls, the bannisters were painted white but black with thick dirt, carpets soiled with vomit… and this was before we managed to find the apartment (having no description apart from “it’s on the 3rd floor)… once actually getting into the room it’s a tiny box bedroom with 1 pillow each, thin sheets and even thinner mattress, kitchen had a couple useful bits but cutlery was all dirty thrown in a wicker basket drawer, the bathroom was also awful, shower is falling apart with barely any hot water, the bathroom floor bounces as if you’re about to fall through and the back of the toilet leaks straight from the bowel so this was barely useable unless we wanted to cover the kitchen/ bathroom in urine. There was thick brown marks over the skirting boards, hairs and pen marks all over the bed, the cutlery had barely seen any soapy water, never mind been washed! There was broken sections of the blinds and also 2 damp mouldy towels folded on the bed. It also says in the description strictly no pets and strictly no smoking. However the entire time we could smell canabbis, and were woken up multiple times by dogs barking. We also woke up one morning to someone passed out in the corridor (presumably some drug infused issue from the night time). The wifi barely worked within the room and there was some watery body wash/shampoo/nail varnish remover sort of product left in the bathroom, I used it once and it made me itchy so didn’t touch it the rest of the stay. If you’re looking for a crackhouse, or need somewhere you can use purely to store your stuff whilst you’re out and about in Wolverhampton, then this place is great. But if you want cleanliness, any level of hygiene, a comfortable nights sleep or to just feel safe…. Stay well away!
