The apartment is situated in the Darsena area (a sort of marina, with a canal leading towards the sea). It is a nice neighbourhood, about a 10–15-minute walk from the city centre (the old town). The walk is pleasant and takes you past the railway station, which is also very convenient for day trips to Ferrara, Rimini and other cities (we travel by train).
The apartment is spacious, with two balconies (one of which is accessible from one of the bedrooms). It is fully equipped for cooking, including a dishwasher, although we did not use the kitchen as we ate all our meals out.
The best feature of this apartment is the two fully modern and well-equipped bathrooms (including a washing machine). Being on the 4th and top floor also guarantees a good level of quietness. The apartment overlooks a small park with maritime pines, and beyond that, there is a main road. However, the road is neither visible nor hardly audible from the apartment.
On our last day, we were also kindly allowed to stay for an extra hour beyond the regular check-out time.
Unfortunately, I have to mention the poor cleaning of the apartment. After walking around in socks, they were simply filthy (see the picture I sent to the contact person).
I immediately contacted the host, who replied that, after speaking to the cleaning lady, she was “rather sure everything had been left clean and in order as usual”. To be honest, I normally would not go into this much detail, but given the state of the floor, as clearly shown by our socks, I would simply have expected the cleaning lady to be sent back to clean it properly. As this was not offered, and since we were staying for five days, we spent the first hour cleaning the floor ourselves.
The kitchen cloth was also smelly and had to be washed.
The bed in the master bedroom is OK, but the bed in the second bedroom is simply falling apart.
Finally, the toiletries mentioned in the advertisement consisted of seven small sachets of combined shower gel/shampoo. While this is perfectly fine in itself, considering that there were two of us staying for five days in 35°C weather, the amount provided was rather limited.
Given the considerable cost of the apartment, I would have expected none of the above.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 persone per 3 notti.
Aspetti positivi: appartamento molto pulito, posizione comoda, bellissima vista sul parco e cucina ben attrezzata con stoviglie che ci ha permesso di organizzarci facilmente con i pasti.
ci sono diversi aspetti migliorabili.
Abbiamo avuto un solo mazzo di chiavi per 5 persone con orari diversi. Nonostante la richiesta fatta con largo anticipo e più solleciti, non ci è stato fornito un secondo mazzo. Abbiamo dovuto usare il locker sotto casa, che funzionava male, con una procedura scomoda: salire al 4° piano, lasciare la porta aperta, scendere a depositare le chiavi e poi risalire. Francamente poco pratico.
I divani letto (sia singolo che doppio) sono estremamente duri. Vengono forniti dei topper, ma non risolvono il problema. Inoltre quello “doppio” ha dimensioni più simili a un letto francese, ed è anche piuttosto corto.
Nei bagni mancano cestini. La doccia ha solo il soffione fisso (nessuna doccetta) e nessuna mensola per appoggiare shampoo o bagnoschiuma. Per 5 persone e 3 notti sono state fornite solo 4 bustine di bagnoschiuma e 2 rotoli di carta igienica: decisamente insufficienti.
La comunicazione con la persona che gestiva l’appartamento è risultata spesso arrogante e poco collaborativa. Anche le indicazioni sui servizi in zona non sono realistiche: il supermercato più vicino non è a 5 minuti, ma circa 15-17.
Infine, contestazione sulla tassa di soggiorno: eravamo in 5 (check-in online con documenti caricati per 5 persone), ma ci è stato richiesto il pagamento per 6 perché l’appartamento risultava prenotato per 6. La tassa di soggiorno è un’imposta comunale e va pagata per gli ospiti effettivamente presenti e registrati. Situazione spiacevole e poco trasparente.

La casa accogliente e comoda .In una buona posizione
La casa era un po’ impolverata.Una notte é andata via la luce, abbiamo dovuto chiamare il gestore che ha risposto al telefono un po’ stizzito non avendo dato precedentemente le indicazione al riguardo .
