The apartment is brand new, no mold or permanent dirt, well-equipped and close to everything. It has a lot of potential. The staff was responding quickly and helped with everything. The wifi and the TV were great!
Unfortunately it was right above an Irish pub, so we had to move out earlier, because we couldn’t sleep. Also, the apartment was not well cleaned prior our arrival, especially the glasswall and the bathroom were left dirty. We booked a week but were not offered midweek cleaning - although I am sure we could have asked. The bathroom was built in a way that everything got wet during a shower.

They allowed my dog without any fee. The location is very convenient: near convenient store 24/24, beach, foodcourt, rent motorbike etc. Facilities are new and clean. Full equipment in the kitchen.
It must be super if they have a fan in room. But still great without it.

The apartment is clean, well located and has all the amenities that I would want on holiday by the beach. The owner was delightful, communicative and incredibly helpful.
The mattress for the bed was firmer than I would normally like but this is just my personal preference.

Le vacarme en H24 7/7 de 05.00 a 23.30,d'un immeuble en construction en face a 10 mètres.
Un autre coté gauche idem , un troisième immeuble mais qui lui, ne fera plus de bruit, puisqu'il s'est écroulé dans la nuit de samedi a dimanche entrainant une coupure générale du secteur et je plains les 2 personnes coincées dans l'ascenseur, les pauvres.
J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'entrée de cet appart'hotel, c'est la blague du mois, un vrai parcours du combattant, cet immeuble a une entrée obligatoire par un.......salon de massage, je vous dis pas les salamaleks autant de fois que vous vous voulez regagner votre appart. ....massasse sir massasse sir massasse sir, elles ont une bonne mémoire, vous avez beau expliqués que vous êtes de l'hôtel , elles répondent oui oui mais qu'importe ce que vous dites, ce qui les intéresse c'est massasse sir, enfin, au bout d'un certain vous ne faites plus attention,mais quand même.
L'appartement dans l'ensemble est agréable mais les gérants sont incroyablement radins sur les serviettes, sur le gel douche,une petiteeee fiole pas de shampoing, dans la cuisine , ils mettent un micro-ondes et une plaque de cuisson mais très très peu d' ustensiles,du coup la cuisine a le mérite d'être toujours propre puisque vous n'avez rien pour cuisiner.
Ah vous avez un lave linge dans le balcon, la notice inexistante et les programmes bien entendu en vietnamien .
On ne peut pas conseiller carol homestay , il faudrait revoir l'entrée c'est ch......
.
