The staff was very supportive.
They contacted us in advance and ensured all the support.
the process was very easy, and even they provided us with their mobile charger.
There was no hot water (water heater) in the room

Luna Bloom Stay is a great choice in Marayoor, offering neat, clean, and spacious rooms. Ramesh Babu sir and Mani sir were very helpful and friendly, making us feel comfortable and safe. Even when we arrived late, Ramesh Babu sir waited for us and escorted us to our room. Their hospitality and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I highly recommend Luna Bloom Stay for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

You get what you pay for. I had to request the bed sheets be replaced which they did but only reason I wont rate bad is because I got it cheap. So fair. Dont expect much. Ok for a night for low budget travelers only.
No dusting, cleanliness was near passable
