Nice, clean studio with modern kitchen facilities and bathroom. Good shower, spacious for one or two people. Comfy bed. Quiet neighbourhood and easy to check in.
In the morning you could hear noise from the main property, people talking/shouting

I stayed for 2 nights for work - the host was great at communicating prior and during my stay and answered all questions I had. The place itself was extremely tidy/clean and looked better and modern than on the pictures.
The host thought of everything like a radiator to keep warm and washing machine etc. I was able to park on the driveway which was convenient.
Supermarkets, coffee stores & fuel station were 4 minutes away from the property, the hospital was 7-8minutes away and city centry about 10-12minutes - supper convenient location.
Definitely will be staying here again when I'm returning for work.
Could hear talking/ steps/ movement from the main property - walls are quite thin but didn't bother me so much as I was mainly out for work and during the night it wasn't noisy.
