L’établissement est idéalement placé dans la partie supérieure de la ville. C’est absolument au calme, pas un bruit de circulation. Vous y êtes très bien accueilli, la literie est neuve, les chambres sont dans un bâtiment neuf située dans un jolie cadre. Le propriétaire est très attentif et disponible. Deux très bons restaurants se trouvent à proximité. Le Tanahat house dans un très beau jardin, par contre je ne sais pas s’il dispose d’une salle en cas de mauvaise météo. Le Gastro Yard Arman Hakhverdyan excellent restaurant de grillades. Nous sommes randonneurs,le très beau monastère de Spitakavor est accessible pour les sportifs. Nous l’avons trouvé ouvert alors qu’il était indiqué fermé. Ce fut une surprise qui valait les kilomètres et le dénivelé. Un autre monastère est à proximité,Noravank , accessible par contre en voiture si vous préférez. Pour le reste, tout est facilité par la gentillesse des Armeniens

We loved everything about Khachatryan’s Guest House. The cleanliness was beyond reproach and the facilities in the room were new. We were provided with a kettle, tea and coffee and a great view to the garden. We loved the garden, which simply invites you to come and sit in the comfortable hanging rockers and pick a few sweet grapes from the arbor. Breakfast was included and was plentiful and excellent, including eggs, different coffees or teas, breads, honey with honeycomb, cheeses, etc. Mostly, we so enjoyed meeting our host, Edgar. He went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay and provided great dinner recommendations. He was so personable and friendly that we quickly considered him a friend.
