We had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb in Paradigm. The home was clean, comfortable, well-maintained and provided a cosy and relaxing environment throughout our stay. It was a pleasant place to unwind after a long day.
What impressed us most was the excellent customer service. The staff were friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful. They even took the initiative to update us on the traffic conditions at the Causeway, which was something they did not have to do. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how much they cared about their guests' overall experience, even beyond the accommodation itself.

It is connected to the mall itself, which is so convenient! We only had 4 people saying in the apartment, therefore it was very comfortable. There were 3 rooms + 4 mattress. But I think it is really for 10 pax. But for comfort level, maybe 6 would be very comfortable.
Host opened a group chat prior to the stay, which makes communication so convenient. Reply was very prompt too.
Maybe bedroom slippers (disposable) can be provided, or informed none will be provided.
