Ruim appartement, loopafstand tot het strand
De badkamer is in slechte staat: plafond bladerd en is beschimmeld, douchegordijn is beschimmeld, afvoerputje zit vol met haren, haren in het bad, wasbak en muren zijn niet schoon. Zeer slechte schoonmaak!

The apartment is located right in the center of Perea, yet it is situated on a very quiet street which we loved. Check-in was super easy via a lockbox, and the host provided all the necessary information well in advance. The WiFi was fast, the beach is very close, and supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes are just a short walk away.
Although it’s on the 1st floor, having an elevator made bringing up our heavy suitcases effortless. The apartment had everything you would find in a hotel; an iron, washing machine, A/C, safe, vacuum cleaner, stove, small kitchen utensils, and even its own Netflix account! It's a great size for 2 people, features a quite large balcony facing a quiet back road, and because of the peaceful street, parking was never an issue.
There were a few minor downsides. The sofa had some stains that couldn't be scrubbed out, and we found ants roaming around the cutting board in the kitchen, which made us keep our kitchen usage to a minimum. While ants aren't necessarily 'dirty' insects, seeing a whole colony on the kitchen counter wasn't very pleasant. Also, even though there was a clean scent when we first walked in, we noticed hairs on the floor and in the shower drain, so we felt the need to vacuum / clean right away.

Just few steps from the beach and a supermarket, in quiet part of Perea. Apartment looks just like the photos and is very spaceous. Has two terases, one very big, in the shade all day. Self check is a great advantage for both arrival and departure, and staff is very responsive. An elevator is a plus if you carry more lugage.

Apartament complet mobilat și utilat, camere luminoase, balcon mare pe două laturi, paturi confortabile, bucătărie dotată cu tot ce trebuie, aproape de plajă, zonă liniștită, loc de parcare.
Baia ar trebui renovată.
