Furniture seemed relatively new
Description of property was misleading. It's an old terraced house can't possibly be classed as a villa.
The premises is in a "rough " looking street. Opposite the house is a piece of rough ground full of litter. To the left of that is a row of council houses most of which are boarded up. I'm glad that we were only staying the one night as a few days spent in this house would have not been comfortable
No living room as such. There is a downstairs room that has a sofa bed in it that would not accommodate 4 adults to sit on. There are a few books, 1 child's toy, a side table snd a box with bedding in it so not exactly a sitting room. This room is not suitable for small kids to sleep in as it is on the ground floor near the entrance and far away from the upstairs bedrooms. No tv in this room. There is a tv in the property but it is on the wall in the kitchen so you have to sit at the kitchen table to watch the tv if required.
There's a washing machine in the kitchen which is intended to be in an integrated housing. It did not sit evenly on the floor so if it was used it would be moving around quite a lot.
There's a security camera that overlooks the back yard but it's a bodge job of installing it as the wire is fed through the kitchen window, hence the window is always open and can't be closed fully as it will trap the wire. The camera is plugged into the socket behind the microwave
There are loose and creaking floorboards throughout the upstairs rooms. Some floorboards are missing altogether. The Bedroom at the top of the stairs had a door that doesn't fit properly and there are gaps when it is shut. In this room there was one curtain up at the window that didn't cover the whole of the window. There is some sort of cupboard in the corner of the bedroom which we assumed was some sort of boiler housing but that was also a budget job.
