Die Lage ist mega, wenn man absolute Ruhe sucht. Die Berglandschaft ist phänomenal. Die süße Kirche. Wir haben da oben einen der schönsten Sonnenuntergänge aller Zeiten gesehen. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super lieb. Das Abendessen ist ein Festmahl. Die Zutaten kommen aus dem Garten oder von den Nachbarn! Slles war sauber. Es gibt auch eine kleine verrückte Katze und einen Fuchs. Nebenan ein Berg mit wiederum fantastischem Ausblick. Zum Durmitor Nationalpark ist es nur eine Stunde mit dem Auto.
Die Lage ist nicht optimal, wenn man sich selbst versorgen möchte, da es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Der Weg ist steil und schotterig, mir hat unser kleines Auto etwas leid getan, aber das kann in Montenegro passieren. Durch einen Kälteeinbruch während unseres Aufenthalts hat es mich in der Nacht trotz 3 Decken noch gefroren, da muss man sich buchstäblich warm anziehen...

I don't think that description of this place is right. Let me explain to you how it is for real.
IMAGINE: you are 7 years old, you're on holidays at your granny's place. No worries, no problems, breakfast (from local products) is bigger than you can eat, but it doesn't matter, because you get whatever you didn’t eat packed for the road anyway, plus a bag of plums. When you are back from adventure, warming domaći čaj is ready (if you are older than 7, I’m sure they’ll find some rakija), the cat needs cuddles, the sky is full of stars (because there's nothing but nature) and even if it's colder than you expected, tomorrow you'll wake up with a beautiful view and smell of homemade bread.
It was first time I felt sad going to the sea. :)
We were absolutely enchanted by the place and the hospitality. The language barrier was no obstacle at all — we got everything we needed.
Tip: if you’re travelling in mid-September (like we did), pack some warmer clothes. :) The mountains have their own rules, it's better to be prepared. [Still worth it!]
Once again, a huge thank you to our hosts (all three of you, both offline and online) for your hospitality, warm welcome and all the helpful tips. You made our first experience travelling to Montenegro truly unforgettable. The seaside was great too, but… it just wasn’t quite the same. :)
I have a feeling that if we ever come back to Montenegro, our paths will cross again!

Our stay was too short. We had 5 days in the mountains and 5 days at the seaside (first time in Montenegro). Now we know that we could spend the whole time here, in Krnja Jela.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The place is beautiful, peaceful, and wonderfully quiet, surrounded by the mountains and nature. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly, and they made us feel right at home. We were also lucky enough to enjoy some delicious homemade food from them, which made our stay even more special. We truly enjoyed every moment and would happily come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

El trato de la familia, son súper agradables, hospitalarios y acogedores. La ubicación es excelente para relajarse y desconectar. El desayuno y la cena son excelentes.
