Exceptional location. You could just sit there and stare at the mountains forever!
Access roads are not great. Need a car with good ground clearance. Food options are limited. Not many things to do - would be good if there are some treks arranged in coordination with the forest dept.

Location is sooper dooper. It is very near to seetharkund waterfalls and near to eco tourism. Property owner is friendly and checks for all the requirements.
Food is bit costly at the property. But you can get very good food near the town.
