The apartment is nicely renovated, bathroom and rooms are nice. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and includes dishwasher. The apartment has two levels, with the kitchen on the upper mansard floor. Location is excellent, just a short walk to the old city center with plenty of cafes and things to do, and only an 8-minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Sheets and towels were clean and nice, and a fan was provided in each bedroom that worked well enough.
Check-in was the biggest problem, no instructions were given in advance, messages to the Booking.com and number and the listed WhatsApp were ignored, and we had to chase multiple numbers before someone finally arrived with the keys after a 30-minute wait. The property tax is not listed upfront and is requested as an extra payment after booking. Wi-Fi was unreliable and often needed a router restart. Construction noise from the neighboring apartment (hammers and drills) was noticeable. AC is only available in the living area, not the bedrooms. Taller guests may find the mansard kitchen ceiling low enough to hit their heads.
