The pool and chilling area is great and Rey (who works there) was so friendly and helpful. All the staff were lovely really.

unfortunately at the airport i wasnt allow to board on my plane for this trip to Bali lack of a return ticket but the manager was so helpful and kind that he/she gave me full remboursement
so iof these are the people managing, i guess this place is beautiful

I liked that they had a restaurant next door as well as clean swimming pool. Also I loved all the cats and dogs running around, they were cute. And the staff were friendly and helpful.
There were a few things that caught my attention.
Firstly, the women's room bathroom. It smelled awful, and there was no amount of air freshener that could change it. It was probably mold or something within the plumbing. Plus, the shower head barely let out any water, so it was hard to have a decent enough shower. And I believe the heater (or whatever it was) for the water was constantly leaking, which probably added to the smell.
Then there was a towel rule? Normally in previous hostels I've stayed at, if they have a pool, they provide 2 towels. So I asked for another towel for the pool, thinking nothing of it, and was given another one. However, a few days later when I tried to get 2 fresh ones, I was kinda told off saying that there was only 1 towel per guest and they could only change it every 3 days. Which I thought was ridiculous as there are a lot of travellers out there that don't carry extra towels with them and when you are going from pool to shower constantly, you need it refreshed more than 3 days.
The photos I saw were very misleading of the state of the rooms and the outdoors area.
