The staff were amazing, really lovely. The set up of the rooms and pool area was nice too, well placed location for shops and restaurants too and only a short walk to Padang Padang beach.
It’s such a shame that the beautiful green view from the pool area and balconies is being torn down, with loud drilling every day non stop between 8am - 5pm it made the area unusable. Our bathroom was very tired, leaking shower and sink tap didn’t stop without the stop tap beneath the sink was switched off.

Location was perfect
Walls are very thin and got woken up by neighbours in the middle of the night

The staff are so nice, kind, friendly and helpful ... the staff are SO NICE ... The Owner is responsive.
The hotel is not recommended for family, it is more for people who are coming to do surfing. The location is very close to Padang Padang Beach.
More items inside the room should be available like Hair-dryer... enought toilet paper, towels.
What I didn't like that they also charged me for glass cup broken by Monkey, which cost less than 2$...it is not about money it is more about showing genourisity from Hotel Owner. My recommendation that the rooms and hotel should be more equipped by the minimum items for couples or family would like to stay in ULUWATU.
due to construciton work currently on going doesn't help that this hotel be good for long stay...

Location close to the beach and shops
Loud construction noise, reception almost never open, towels were very thin and scratchy, only 2 pillows were provided for a couple and they were hard as a rock.
