As someone who often doesn’t leave reviews, I’m actually taking time to review this stunning resort! We couldn’t have wished for a better introduction to Bali. We stayed in a villa and had our own little pool. But the gem of this property is their staff! Stunning people with the hospitality skills of a 7 star hotel. They were attentive and so helpful! We thoroughly enjoy our stay. Breakfast is amazing too. Thanks, Nori!

The staff has been undeniably helpful, warmhearted and overall making sure my stay was comfortable. They add you to a WhatsApp group so that you can always contact them for anything. They always ask if they can clean the room. They have a lot of activities/experiences. Besides yoga (thank you teacher Putu!) mornings I also joined the Laklak and Sate Lilit making experience where a chef explains and creates the dish with you and the hostess gives more background story. I am glad I got to experience this! There was also staff around making photos and videos for me. And it was fun to share the experience with guests from all around the world! I enjoyed a traditional instrumental performance in the evening on Saturday at their restaurant Norii. In their restaurant is also the amazing breakfast where you could choose one drink and one food dish from the menu per person. That was included in my rate. The breakfast was amazing, all delicious dishes and even though I am not vegetarian/vegan, I even tried a few of those since they have plenty of options for vegans/vegetarians! And a variety of Asian and Western styled dishes too. Also in the evening. There was afternoon tea included, which comes with a savory and a sweet small bite. The sushi, even though I personally don't like fusion sushi, I really enjoyed all of it from Norii. Everything was well balanced flavour wise, textures, and of course visuals are top notch. Even if you don't stay at Amarea I would recommend to visit Norii for dinner. You can see the effort and attention to detail. Also the atmosphere due to the interior design, lighting - very modern Japanese style. The staff wore Japanese clothes on most days, but on special days / Thursdays they wore Balinese clothes.
The free shuttle service to Coco supermarket was incredibly convenient and I used it more often once I knew it was close to the back entrance of The Yoga Barn.
The only thing is getting into Ubud cite centre was busy do to traffic. Of course the accommodation made sure to minimize the inconvenience by having the shuttle service! And you could take a Grab bike to get there faster but I was too scared to do so. So that is personal preference.

Clean and comfortable with smart Room control and real in room entertainment with TV and Music , I have tried Cottage experience which was unique, blend you with the surroundings
The food experience was phenomenal outstanding, the serve it fresh
The cottage experience is a little noisy if you are not ready for it
