I liked that it was a bungalow in a compound of 6 others and overlooking the pool in a forest setting overlooking the river.
The land had a huge fall towards the back making it difficult for my husband and I to do the stone steps, it would not have been a problem if we were younger, the staff changed our room to more convenient bungalow on the property

Location is so convenient and environment in the nature very peaceful and calm
I was downstair and the room above me a bit noisy when they walk as it’s a wooden floor

great greenery and installations in general. Kind and welcoming staff.
Address and directions could be a little bit clearer on the description, the location took us to a parallel street. I think u cant reach by car, but its ok.

The tranquility and location was fantastic. Staff were incredibly accommodating as well
My aircon was broken, staff were nice enough to give me a fan which helped. Toilet leaked everywhere, very musky room and was dirty on arrival but whatever this seems to be the norm in bali. I ended up booking an extra night because I was so tired after Mt Batur and they moved me into a new room which was so much better - aircon worked, clean and more modern so I guess it depends where they put you.
