Small hotel, pretty environment and outlook, nice pool, lovely staff, central location, quiet, large and comfortable room with balcony, nice breakfast included. Reasonable cost. Very few insects. Good air con and wifi.
It wasn't a problem for us, but be aware you must walk to the hotel from the street down a narrow alley and through a sort of temple area. There are steps up and down and gateways that might make arrival challenging for people with mobility issues or large suitcases, and if your room is on an upper floor there is no lift (staff will help with suitcases). Breakfast is ordered the day before from a menu, and it is delivered to your room at your requested time in the morning--a lovely touch
that might not suit everyone. Some parts of the room and building are looking tired. Our toilet lid looked like part of it might have been in a fire. The pool is small. Don't expect 4- or 5-star accommodation and amenities, and you'll be fine.

Everything was great. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool was relaxing. Tje staff were fantastic. The location was perfect too, right in the middle of the main sights in Ubud but very quiet and calm and set back from the street.

The pool, the location and staff was very nice. Breakfast was good and always on time
TV didn’t work, we like to watch Indonesian TV once activities are done for the day.
