Plenty of hair found in the shower recess on check in..
Lack of pool towel availability at rear pool. Used towels disappeared but did not get replaced.
Lots of tiles mussing from the bottom of the pool at the rear of the complex.
Being situated at the rear of the complex when weasked for rooms near the front which were available.

Very well maintained. Beautiful rooms and attentive staff
I was put in a room at the very back of the property and I felt isolated even tho most of the rooms overlooking the rice paddies where empty.
