Disappointing room with limited space and facilities despite the comfy bed and convenient location

Comfy bed; good location in Ponta Delgata.

Very limited space and facilities, especially the washroom; very dirty floor, shower, and blanket with an amount of hair and particles; right next to a fairly busy street and so sometimes noisy; clumsy host who forgot to tell me how to get in beforehand; overpriced.

We booked last minute and checked-in immediately. Many thanks to the host for the prompt response. Very clean, in a minute from the main landmarks in the center. Although it contains only one room, it is big enough and has everything you need, including refrigerator, iron, hairdryer. There is a lot of space to park on the street. We parked right in front of the door. Great place to stay.
