The view - worth the extra dollars and just a very comfy, homey apartment within walking distance of beach, bars and restaurants.

I just loved this apartment. The view really was terrific with genuinely one of the best sunset views of any place I've stayed - the best city sunset. The sunrise was also fabulous with this gorgeous light reflecting off the buildings in the CBD. Every else was great - very comfy bed, coffee pod machine with plenty of pods, some cool coffee table books. It was way better than a generic short term stay apartment.

Instructions for parking in the underground garage were a little confusing. Nearly had towing company called because parking instructions were unclear, but luckily a neighbour found us before this happened!

The building was modern and secure, and the view from the property was lovely.
The property was dusty and not very clean, with the host's personal belongings filling the fridge, freezer, and cupboards, leaving no space to hang our clothes, and the bath mat had a large brown stain. We were also unable to use the advertised parking because the host said someone else was using the space, so we had to pay for parking elsewhere.
