Moderno, pulito, piscina bellissima
Il personale parla solo spagnolo. Dopo un primo accesso hanno disattivato la chiave. La porta automatica del garage non funziona sempre e non rispondono al citofono. Un giorno si sono dimenticati di rifare il letto. La colazione dovrebbe iniziare alle 7 ma inizia alle 8 e non è degna di un albergo. Non c’è possibilità di cenare.

El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones son mini apartamentos y tienen lo necesario. La estancia ha sido positiva y repetiría. Las personas del mostrador han sido muy atentas y nos han atendido muy bien.
No hay nada que destacar en este punto. La estancia ha estado bien y no ha habido nada que no me gustase.

Its a strange property, a hybrid of medium and short stay, co-working and hotel. Don't come if you expect hotel standard services, they are not provided, but that was ok as the reception, vending and rooms was fine.
Check in took too long. One person, a queue forming and all the other staff in the back office eating. One other member finally comes out still eating, casually acknowledges and checks me in. No explanation of services or intro to the hotel, keen to serve the people behind me. The large clump of somebody's hair in the shower (see picture) was horrible. This was accumulated on the door edge and dumped on the floor when the door slide was closed. The TV didn't work (not programmed) and the Aircon could not be turned off. The room wasn't bad but the corridors were filthy with accumulated dirt on the carpets in many places.
