Stay on 2nd floor, sleep well, bedroom’s not far from bathroom.
No hot water on first 7 days!!
First day of my stay, there’s no hot water. I ask other guest, she said she had no hot water. But she didn’t complain and she left in another day. I made my complaint 2-3 times. The property said that :-
Good morning Changkaew,
Hope all is well. My housekeeper has told me there is no hot water. Please will you press the button on the billet for a few seconds to fire it up.
…But he told me wrong when he came to see me in the next few days. And he admitted that he meant a button on the hot water machine in the kitchen. OMG!!
Me and my sister, we’re overage and came from a hot country. We can’t stand to take a shower with cold water in the temperature of 15-19 celsius.
We’ve showered with hot water 2 days before we fly back to our home. And we stayed here 9 nights! See 7-9 guests. Some ask me and complain and left.
