Do not come here

Until the day of our arrival, we did not receive any reply or information from them, despite contacting them multiple times. We had to call Booking.com by phone to intervene. After that, two shady WhatsApp numbers started messaging us as supposed “customer service agents.” Nobody was reachable by phone, and we only received the entry details after we sent €7 per person tourist tax via Revolut—something they had never mentioned in advance. Before arrival, they informed us that they could not clean the apartment in time for our check-in, and that the cleaner would only come the next morning while we were already there. We made it clear that this was unacceptable. The kitchen had no cooking equipment whatsoever—not even trash bags, which we had to buy ourselves just to be able to throw out the garbage. The refrigerator did not work, so we could not store our food properly and were forced to shop daily. Based on a previous guest’s review, it also became clear that the fridge had already not been working before. That guest reported the same issue, but never received a reply and the problem was never fixed. This means that by the time we arrived, the hosts were already fully aware of the issue, but they simply did not care and did nothing about it. There was never any real solution to our problems. The so-called “customer service agents” kept sending messages on WhatsApp, asking time-wasting questions. After a while, they only responded if we initiated a voice call—which they always declined. We were never able to speak to anyone directly. When the situation became inconvenient for them, they simply blocked us, and from that moment on we could not reach them through any channel. None of our problems were ever solved. Looking into the hosting organization and reading previous reviews, we discovered that they treat everyone the same way: they don’t reply, they don’t provide information, they don’t solve problems—yet they somehow always get away with it.

Da rivedere completamente l'accoglienza e i servizi offerti.

Buona posizione

Servizi scarsi.

Appartamento totalmente Nuovo ...ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
