The views from the apartment were beautiful and I loved that there was an outside balcony you could look out from!
It felt a little run down (carpet, furniture ect) but it was still okay. If the apartment was refreshed with new modern furniture, I could imagine they’d be able to charge a good amount for that apartment and I’d happily pay it too. The fact it is two bedroom in that location and that amazing view, it would do them great benefit to refresh/modernise and increase the price. Maybe some blockout blinds would be great too as it stays very lit up at night from all the buildings around it, so was hard for me to get a good night sleep.

Everything was amazing. Easy access to keys, carpark, the apartment. Great communication about access. It was clean and had the most spectacular views. Location was perfect for our stay. Will definitely book here again.

The location was easy access to Central Melbourne. The views were beautiful and all around. The beds were comfortable.
The bathroom is in need of maintenance. We stayed for 6 days and informed the manager that the bathroom light wasn’t working on our second morning. No one came to fix it for the duration of our stay, even after our repeat asking.There are two spotlights one stopped working and the other gave off a faint orange glow. We couldn’t use the mirror and showered with the door open to get some light in from outside as this is a windowless room. It was not safe. The toilet seat and toilet roll holder also are in need of repair which is a shame as with basic maintenance we would have given a higher score. These issues are already known from previous guest reviews. The front door was stuck to the point I couldn’t open it without help again a health and safety issue.
For information you can only dispose of rubbish between 3 pm and 8pm which caught us out as we had whole day excursions booked and weren’t around at those times so watch out for that.
