Location was exceptional - we could walk to the beach clubs like Ku De Ta and Potato Head and the main shopping area very easily; no need to take taxis;
The beds were very comfortable;
The pool was great: it was quite large and so refreshing after day out on the town
The kitchen was very well-equipped
The living & dining areas were very comfortable
We stayed at Villa Toba.
- The bathrooms need improvement - they are pretty old, fittings are worn out and overall not very pleasant. The shelf in our bathroom was broken as well.
- The air-conditioner was quite noisy in one of the rooms but the maintenance person couldn't fix it. They gave us ear plugs which helped us to sleep.

Everything about the property was excellent. The pool was a great size, clean and the floating breakfast we had was amazing. The best part about the villa was the staff, they were so lovely. All the staff helped when we needed to organise airport transports, breakfast etc. overall, the villa was tidy, comfortable and just amazing for the price. Also came with a water dispenser which is a bonus.
The only issue was the mosquitos, which isn’t a bad thing about the property itself. As it is a tropical climate, this is to be expected. The bathrooms are a mix of indoor/outdoor so at night it gets full of mosquitoes.

Location, size, nice staff.
No pool. All the description of pertama listed pool and showed lota of photos of pool howevee upon check in discovered no pool in my unit. Also it was an upstairs unit not a ground floor villa with no garden and no pool. No bathtub either. Listings for each unit managed by pertama needs to be made way more clear.
