Great stay in a place I loved so much

The best place in the area to pass the vacation, very quite easy to reache The owner was so nice and kind The owner did a great job with the partition of there home so that the guest is feeling at ease The owner didn't interfere in our stay not once The home was clean no bad smell everything was in tact

le logement n'est pas cher mais cela ne vaut pas le coup

les points positifs: - propriétaire très accueillants, disponibles et arrangeants -le calme

Je vais lister les points négatifs car je n'aime pas laisser des commentaires comme ça.Nous ne cherchions pas un grand confort pour ce prix, et nous ne sommes pas exigent, mais pour moi cela ne constitue pas un logement décent même si je comprend l'envie de faire une entrée d'argent, il faut proposer quelques choses de louable. si j'avais su j'aurai mis 10euros de plus pour autre chose - la clim qui fait un bruit d'avion (vous ne pouvez pas parlez, écouter une émission de radio ou dormir avec), -le logement est extrêmement chaud et on ne peut pas aérer (pas de fenêtre à part la porte que la nuit on ne peut pas ouvrir car le lit gène) et pas mettre la clim, donc nous n'avons pas pu dormir dans le logement ni nous reposer en journée (nous sommes venus la dernière semaine d'aout à un moment ou il faisait frais !) -les plaques de cuisson en fonte dans ce type de logement :( -l'odeur ultra nauséabonde dans la "SDB", remontées de canalisations ( le logement n'est pas prévu pour, on voit que c'est un garage ou autre réaménagé...) - la SDB est en fait un douche dans des toilettes -le fait d’être en zone blanche sans être prévenu nous as vraiment posé problème pour les quelques visios professionnelles que nous avons du faire(free ne passe pas du tout, buygues un peu mieux) -l'exterieur: la petite terrasse est très joli, mais vous êtes en fait sur le parking des logements et la cour des propriétaires, des brisevues sont mis en place mais c'est assez spécial - les moustiques qui avait élus domicile dans la bonde du chauffe eau et la douche, la souris retrouvée morte au milieu de l'appartement pendant notre séjour, et deux frelons qui sont attirés par la chaleur des spots à l’intérieur dés la nuit tombée (je suis naturaliste j'adore les animaux mais pas en colocation ;) )
