La mansarda si trova al quinto piano con l’ascensore, non c'è rumore di giorno o di notte. Il mio soggiorno è stato tranquillo. L'arredamento e le decorazioni sono sufficienti secondo i miei bisogni. È dotato di elettrodomestici. È vicino di tutto. Mi piace molto Vanchiglia.
L'alloggio era molto polveroso e freddo quando sono entrata. La porta e le parete sono vecchie. Rinnovata e pulita, questa mansarda sarebbe molto carina e accogliente!
I due riscaldamenti principali sono molto rumorosi. Fortunatamente c'è un'altro, portabile e silenzioso. L'ho utilizzato e anche il riscaldamento del bagno, per riscaldare la mansarda ogni serata.
Il divano-letto della camera prende tutto lo spazio libero, non si può muovere, ma lo sapevo prima : si vede sulle foto di Booking.

This apartment’s location is excellent—everything is within walking distance. The view is lovely and it is for the most part quiet (there was a birthday party our last night which was very loud).
The renovation on the apartment is very basic. The bathroom smells; the bedroom has a sofa bed (which ought to be a full bed) which is not 100% comfortable and the space is tiny; the living room furniture is old and cheap. An upgrade could turn this place into a gem. As is, it is functional and well located but not exceptional.

Prime location, breathtaking view, modern and full facilities, pleasant check in experience
Not cleaned properly, most likely moldy, the smell is unbearable, and you get stuffy nose in the morning. Dust is visible in large amounts. I would not recommend if you have issues with mold.
