Beautiful new villa, spacious and equipped with everything you need. Kitchen with all the equipment. Umbrellas and beach chairs provided. The location is amazing, on the beach. The sea is visible from every window in the house. Nice and quiet beach. The owners are nice and kind. Vasilis was in close contact with us, recommended places nearby and completed everything that was missing in the villa. Highly recommended!!!
There is nothing we didn't like. The village is beautiful but you need to drive to the special beaches (if you want) and the tourist towns in the area.

Our stay at Pefka Luxury Homes was absolutely incredible! The location is amazing, with breathtaking views that made every morning and evening unforgettable.
The hospitality from the hosts was exceptional. They went above and beyond by providing beach towels, beach chairs, fresh fruit, and bottled water upon our arrival. They also shared fantastic recommendations for the best beaches and restaurants throughout Chalkidiki, which made exploring the area so easy.
One of the sweetest surprises was when the lovely neighbor stopped by with a bottle of local wine and delicious cookies from a nearby bakery. It was such a thoughtful and memorable touch that made us feel truly welcomed.
There is also an excellent restaurant just a one-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy wonderful meals without having to travel far.
Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for stunning views, outstanding hospitality, and a relaxing place to stay in Chalkidiki, I can’t recommend Pefka Luxury Homes highly enough. We would absolutely stay here again!
