Overall, I would rate our stay around 8/10. The apartment was very clean and the location was extremely convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful. They genuinely tried to make our stay better and regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well.
One thing worth noting is that there is no actual bed in the apartment, only sofa beds. I did not notice this when booking, and personally I found it less comfortable than having a proper bed.
There were a few small things that could easily be improved.
First, the dining table is very unstable and wobbles significantly from side to side when you eat. It seems that the legs simply need to be tightened, so this should be an easy fix.
Second, there were only two bath towels provided for two guests — one adult and a 9-year-old child. This was not really enough. We also really missed having a small kitchen towel. There were only a few paper towels in the kitchen, and they ran out on the first day. After that, there was nothing to dry our hands, wipe up water around the sink, or dry anything after washing dishes. We eventually had to use one of our bath towels as a kitchen towel, which left us with only one bath towel for two people. A simple small kitchen towel would make a big difference.
Finally, it would have been very helpful to have at least one bottle of drinking water available upon arrival. We arrived quite late and were very thirsty, but there were no shops nearby that were open at that time. Even one basic bottle of water would have been greatly appreciated.
