Don’t do it.

On the face of it: close to amenities, parking, spacious, well-equipped clean and tidy apartment.

Very poor ventilation, and an infestation of insects on the bedsheets, walls and ceiling when we opened the windows a couple of inches. Awful noise from the flat above - sounded like they were doing gym exercises, and the floors are creaky thin - we had to go up at 22:15 to ask them to quieten down. Dech offered us a refund, but told us to initiate it via Booking.com, and they say they can’t, speak to thevowner - Catch22!

Clean and modern

Could do with a better fan or two as it was extremely hot being on 3rd floor. We had to leave bedroom window open all night and although being around the corner from the train station is a good thing it meant we didn't get much sleep due to train noise
