Misrepresented listing with unusable rooms and unresolved issues—very disappointing experienc

The location was convenient and the layout of the home had potential for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was easy, and the community itself seemed nice.

The listing was completely misrepresented. The ‘third bedroom’ was not an actual bedroom but a sofa bed in an open loft area, and the mattress had a large lump, making it unusable. Because of this, one family had to leave and book a separate hotel room. Additionally, the dedicated garage did not work at all, which caused major parking issues during a busy holiday weekend. Despite contacting the property manager multiple times, we received no support or resolution. Overall, we paid for a 3-bedroom stay but only received 2 usable bedrooms and incomplete amenities.

Very open, comfortable environment.

The cleanliness, how comfortable it was. Also All the neighbors were nice and friendly.

Nothing, we love the place!

10 / 10

I definitely would love to come again.

Quiet and clean

Just a lot of steps to climb. Other than that it’s a really nice place.
