The apartment is in a nice quiet neighbourhood by the river in Fair Haven.
It is on the front road facing the river.
The sunrise views are gorgeous.
The house has good natural light, very clean and is well equipped. Felt like it has been renovated recently and has all the basic necessities with a fully equipped kitchen to washer dryer and super comfortable beds. The additional toilet in the living area is useful with a larger group.
It was a very peaceful stay and convenient.
We spent the mornings taking in the views. Evenings were great to hang in the living area, nice seating and TV.
The main town and restaurants are a 7 min drive. Pedals is a great place for breakfast.
We used it as a pad to meet family and to explore Mystic. The New haven CT station is a 15 min drive to the apartment. Very well connected. Thought we drove from there Ubers are also available.
The property manager was very prompt with communications. That was reassuring.
We would love to come back sometime. It was the most memorable part of our holiday, indeed a great respite from the crowds and rush of NYC.
Highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet peaceful stay.
This isn’t something that we didn’t like rather we were unsure.
Not sure if we could walk around the area in the evening specially near the waterfront where the yachts are parked. Note that one doesn’t need to go through this area to get to town/ restaurants.
Although we did see kids in the park ahead at the start of the street in the evening.
Since we are not from the country, maybe this was just our usual travel apprehension.

Posizione eccellente, posto molto sicuro e tranquillo.
Solo il sabato sera i vicino sono stati estremamente rumorosi con la musica ad alto volume fino a tarda notte. Pulizia delle lenzuola non impeccabile, da migliorare. Gli asciugamani per la doccia troppo piccoli.

Good breakfast about 7 min walk away in an old 19th century building in a cafe called Farm Belly. Highly recommended.
The place itself is more than adequate - huge with a full kitchen, three bedrooms one bathroom upstairs and a guest toilet downstairs. The main bedroom has two double beds, so technically this place can host at least 8 people.
The location is a little remote from New Haven but it's only 10 min drive away and this was intentionally booked to be further away so we could walk of all the pizza we ate.
