The location was great! You can reach the beaches and a the view points very easy. The island itself is not too big.
There were some evenings when we had no hot water.

Hosts were super nice, everything went super smooth and the cleanliness was impeccable.
- Kitchen is very small and equipment is very basic, but one can live with it.
- The balcony is spacious and quiet as well.
WiFi is great.
- Beach is 3-5 minutes walk away.
- Parking had shade under the trees fortunately.
Overall, we had a really great time here, not to mention that there's a lovely place on the shore nearby where from you can see the sunrise as well.
My only recommendation would be to be a bit more attentive with the maintenance, as the shower hose was leaking, the toilet lid came off, the kitchen tap was sprinkling and all the crockery and door handles had loose screws.

Rachel was really nice and very accomodating. Since we never rented a car, i asked her about the Taxis in Zakynthos and she immediately sent a tranpo that can drive us back and forth in the Island. She also prepared some welcome drinks and sweets for us plus water. It's near in a Taverna Beach Restaurant and some other Supermarkets but it's not loud there, it's a typical place for a relaxing staycation. I can really recommend this place :)
