It was clean and compact.
The location was a little dodgy, I was glad not to arrive and leave in the dark!
It would have been helpful, knowing as you did that we were 2 adults and 2 children, iif the sofa bed had been assembled for us upon arrival. Trying to work out an unfamiliar piece of furniture after a 4 hour drive, with tired and hungry children, was not fun.

Room only. No food available. Knew this at time of booking
Lounge area - could benefit if windows could be opened, no fresh air and smells from kitchen area would be eliminated. Staircase from bedroom area could prove a problem for guests with walking difficulties- not sure that was mentioned in property description. More attention to cleanliness of access areas need to be addressed.
