Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with the owner's reaction and when I asked him why I was paying for 2 adults with two children, and we don't even have bath towels for one person... the answer was insanely stupid. Regarding blankets and pillows, exactly the same and accordingly, since there was only one blanket and two pillows in the apartment, their advice was to turn on the heating if we were so cold and needed it. On top of all this, the location given was not the one where the apartment is located and we wandered around for nearly 2 hours until he sent us the exact coordinates and he didn't even pick up the phone because we were waiting in front of the entrance for someone random to open the door for us to get the keys to the apartment. We would never visit this place again!

Superb🤝🤝🔝🔝🔝
