Overall it was good

Location, cabin, etc.

There was only 1 hanger so we couldn’t hang up any of our clothes. The jets in the hot tub wasnt that powerful at all. We could barely feel them.

NO DOOR CODE TILL 2.5HRS AFTER 4,TUB LEAKS, STOVE DONT WORK, DIRTY, OWNER WOULDNT ANSWER THE PHONE.

The location is the only good thing about this place.

Wish i could upload the videos of it all!!!! So for starters check in is at 4pm im at the cabin at 628pm trying to get in touch with the owner david who keeps forwarding my call. Finally i call enough times that he answers and i get the code for the key pad on the door. We get inside and my wife goes to run a bath and the tub is leaking so i contact david once again and tell him the issue he moves us to his other cabin across the road to the left a little which is a little more modern inside EXCEPT the stove doesnt work, cob webs in ever corner, cig ashes in the sink so the cleanliness of this one isnt up to standards. Keep in mind i finally got in the first cabins door at 628pm and then move cabins etc. And he only wanted to offer 10% for the first nights stay after so many issues that isnt my fault every issue was on his end. I send multiple videos and pics to this guy. So he offers money back for 2 nights and 10% for my 3rd night of my 3 nights i had booked and paid for. ALSO he only wanted to refund the nightly cost WITHOUT the taxes i had paid. Basically wanted to give me 390 of my 665.xx. So i spend over a hour on the phone with booking after i tried to reason with this guy to get my money back that he offered. BY THE WAY BOOKING HAS A 7-14 DAY POLICY ON THE MONEY ACTUALLY GOING BACK INTO YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT!!! So the next morning i book a cabin thats basically across from this one called the wild columbine i 110% would stay at this one again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS CABIN. I NEVER LEAVE A BAD REVIEW BUT THIS PLACE NEEDS IT. I BASICALLY WASTED A WHOLE DAY OF MY TIME HERE DEALING WITH THIS CRAP! I DONT EXPECT A MANSION BUT ID ATLEAST LIKE MY DOOR CODE AND A STOVE AND TUB THAT WORKS.

Paid for it but couldn’t even utilize property

The pictures online

Booking and paying for this cabin for Christmas Eve after working and driving all day to get there at 10:30 pm only to find out they let someone else book the same cabin with no other ones available. You can only imagine what I felt on Christmas Eve 10:30 at night with no place to stay and no help from the owners other than a refund that after 4 days still hasn’t happened yet
