The staff was very friendly. They gave me excellent directions to my room and where to park. They also gave me advice on where to park to see the car from my room. I was also, given directions up the side stairs to get to the room quicker and easier. The woman that helped me was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The male who was working when I left was very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was folded back. The TV worked, which is rare compared to a lot of hotel hotels that have stayed at. Upon calling to ask about my deposit, the woman who answered was very friendly and answered all of my questions and helped me through the process. I had an all-around great experience with this hotel, and I could see myself staying there again. Thank you guys!
I have no complaints. This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time.
