The view!! It was modern, beautiful inside and spacious.
The strange smell and that the parking space was crowded by the bush next to it, repair men frequently parked in it or so close to it we couldn’t get in the space. They did move when asked but weren’t happy about doing so.

Really lovely accomodation, we took decor ideas away with us. Stunning view of the coast and a great location to the beach and local village. I can't think of anywhere that would have been better to stay at, wish we stayed for longer.

The flat is beautifully presented with incredible views over saltburn. We loved the space, we had the most amazing time. The high ceilings and impeccable decor was such a joy
Just a couple of little things:
- a bigger kitchen bin with recycling options
- a small bin is needed in the bathroom
- a foot rest/ pouffe would be fab in the living space
- plug sockets in the bedroom were a slight issue. A large extension lead for each side of the bed would be ideal.

A nice sized apartment with a view in a good location.
The lift was out of order and we were informed two days before arrival when the company had known this situation for months.
We chose the apartment on the grounds that the lift was available as one of us had mobility issues. Four flights of stairs, two floors with luggage is quite a task. Anyone who has mobility issues should be aware before making any decision. We would not have booked.
No token of apology for inconvenience, stress or their short comings.
