Our stay at Louislyn Apartments was very nice. The place was clean and comfortable. It’s a quiet mountain area with a beautiful view of the ocean. The sunsets were amazing! It’s better to have a car to get around. Robertine (sorry if I spelled her name incorrectly), was very nice and helpful. She made sure that we had what we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Louislyn apartments were wonderful. Robertine, the manager, is super sweet and helpful. There's a big hill to walk up to get there (or ride), but the view is worth it. Can easily get to Portsmouth from Picard on local transport. The apartment has everything you need.

The host was very pleasant and ensured that specific requests were actioned as per booking. The property is not wheelchair accessible due to stairs but this was made very clear before arrival and a video shown to ensure suitability of the few stairs to enter ground floor apartment. The instructions for access & check out were clear. There were basic & fully functional facilities such as WiFi, Air Con, Fridge, Cooker & Microwave. In addition, the host provided useful local information such as taxis, grocery shops and restaurants. We were pleasantly suprised by the efficient communication prior to arrival and generousity of our host on arrival/throughout. We arrived on a very late night flight, but the host gave clear directions to the property and we were still welcomed by our host with professional etiquette and in person. The property has a nice view from room 3, is peaceful & was suitable for our short stay.
