Great location. Walking distance to Crystal Bridges Museum and downtown Bentonville. Slaughter Pen mountain bike trails are very close by. The house was perfect for our family of 4. Kids bounced on the trampoline in the backyard whenever we weren’t out and about.

Overall, loved the house and its location. Close to everything via walking or biking. Safe area and host was great to work with (very responsive). NO doubt we are going back and staying again. The mountain biking is amazing and this house is in the center of it and walking distance to the downtown square.

Great place! It was immaculate when we arrived and the perfect amount of space we needed for a trip we spent mostly outdoors. Location is perfect! Literally walking distance to a coffee shop and Crystal Bridges museum, which we visited more than once. Super quick drive to everything else. Adorable bungalow with a thoughtful host. We had a great time!
