At 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car; there is shopping center Forum Madeira with supermarket, banks, several shops, etc. Medical assistance is also near private clinics, hospital (20 minutes), etc To get into the center of town takes 50 minutes walk and 15 minutes by bus (bus-stop by the gate of the building). Well located to great places you can walk or drive. It is close to all main transport system.
