The San Lorenzo Penthouse offers an elegant refuge with stunning sea views, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and brightness in Portimão.
The spacious living and dining room is the heart of the penthouse, with enough space to relax or share meals, taking advantage of natural light and ocean views.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed and another with a double bed, and there is also a bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped, ready to prepare any meal in a practical and comfortable way.
The main highlight is the private terrace with panoramic sea views, ideal for sunbathing, outdoor breakfasts or relaxed evenings. The penthouse also includes access to two shared swimming pools, one for adults and another for children, and a private parking space.
With a privileged location next to the famous Praia da Rocha and close to bars, restaurants and coastal entertainment, the Penthouse San Lorenzo offers the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday in Portimão.
The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €175 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is 5 guests.
From the 6th to the 7th guest an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

A lovely penthouse in a great location. The private terrace was our favourite part, with fantastic views over the sea. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

We had a great family holiday here. The apartment was bright and spacious, and having access to two shared pools was a great bonus. The private garage was also very convenient during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this penthouse. The sea views from the private terrace were absolutely beautiful, and it was a lovely place to enjoy breakfastrelax in the evening. The apartment was also bright and comfortable.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful penthouse. The terrace with panoramic sea views was incredible, and the apartment itself was bright, modern, and comfortable. We also enjoyed a boat tour arranged by the company.
